'Top Model" Winner Doesn't Drink Enough
America's Next Top Model winner CariDee English made like ANTM contestant Rebecca from Cycle 4 recently, getting all kinds of woozy at the club.
The blond model is the winner of the seventh season of Tyra Banks' reality series aimed at torturing young women from across the country by submerging them in cold water, forcing them to pose with wild animals (often a snarling Janice Dickinson) and sometimes shaving their heads while dangling a Seventeen magazine cover, CoverGirl cosmetics endorsement and a lifelong friendship with Queen Latifah over their heads.
English was partying at the hot spot Shrine in the MGM Grand—at Foxwoods in Connecticut, mind you—when when she dropped to the floor and was promptly whisked away in search of a remedy for the ever-popular dehydration.
Her rep confirmed the report to People but downplayed its significance: "CariDee did go to the hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning to be treated for dehydration. She called to be taken to the hospital. She is fine and back to work in Los Angeles."
Now, it's widely known that models generally refrain from eating, but water doesn't have calories, right? The explanation resembles a Hollywood-style "exhaustion" hospital visit way too much. This sounds like a job for a concerned Tyra. Someone send this girl to T-Zone!
