Christina Aguilera Won’t Let Motherhood Define Her
Christina Aguilera spoke to Access Hollywood about criticism over her club, bar and party rampaging.
The mother of six-month-old Max Liron has been photographed several times in the past weeks leaving establishments a little wobbly in the knees, so to speak.
Aguilera defends her nighttime activities and says the critics are “mean spirited” and need to loosen up with a drink or two. Okay, she didn’t say that last part.
Christina and crew recently hit Pure nightclub in Vegas to celebrate the launch of an “Xtina-inspired” jewelry line, the Stephen Webster Silver Collection.
In this video, Christina and a friend work the Pure balcony with hair-flipping dance moves until hubby Bratman enters. Then she sits demurely with a “Who me? Dancing and drinking? Nah!” expression of innocence.
“I spend all day with my son,” Aguilera, 27, said. “If I want to go out and have a mommy-daddy night with my husband, I am more than allowed to do that.”
In a recent series of photographs, Agulilera needed to be physically aided to the car by husband Jordan Bratman due to her apparent impaired state.
That particular “mommy-daddy night” must have ended with daddy holding mommy’s hair back while she crouched over a toilet.
