Shia LaBeouf: The Smoker's Wild
Smoking has become an increasingly expensive habit lately. And for Shia LaBeouf, puffing on cancer sticks has been especially costly.
The 22-year-old actor received a stern talking-to from guards at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C., when he lit up in the bathroom and set off the museum's smoke alarms.
LaBeouf, who was fined $500 in April for puffing a cig in a non-smoking area of Burbank, California, was at the museum to film a scene for Transformers 2.
After the alarm went off, the actor reportedly tried to destroy the evidence by flushing the cigarette down the toilet. He probably waved his arms in the air, frantically chasing off the smoke, like a panicky teenager lighting up in his dad's garage. (That is, if LaBeouf didn't actually keep his father in his garage.)
Ha; and this punk wants to be the next Indiana Jones.
The finger-wagging guards told Shia that he would be banned from the museum if he was caught smoking on the premises again.
Hmm; something like that could lead to a shutdown of Transformers 2's production. Maybe smoking has benefits after all. Take that, Surgeon General!
