Although, after the magazine featured the cast of The Hills on the front page, nothing should come as a surprise.
With tween stars like Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne and the entire cast of High School Musical selling records like they're going out of style (which they are, btw), purity-ring heartthrobs are the only hope of bringing underage flocks to a newsstand* near you.
It's nice to see that leather jackets, high cheekbones and androgynous young faces are still staples of popular music
