Festival-Goers Tell Amy Winehouse What They Think
After laying low for several weeks, Amy Winehouse recently skittered out of the woodwork to run riot through her London neighborhood and to perform at the weekend's V Festival in Staffordshire, England.
Amy did two sets at the event. Below are clips of her warbling "Back to Black"—where she sounds almost unintelligible while feverishly clawing at her dress—and "Valerie," her contribution to Mark Ronson's solo album.
Despite eventually winning the crowd over at V, Gigwise reports that Winehouse was booed by the audience the first night she performed after arriving on stage 20 minutes late.
She was also booed when she dedicated the song "Wake Up Alone" to incarcerated hubby Blake Fielder-Civil.
These finicky ticketbuyers should just be happy she didn't re-enact her Glastonbury shenanigans and hop into the audience to beat the hell out of them.
