Nick Hogan Getting Some Early Release

Nick Hogan, currently serving time in a Florida jail for reckless driving, is going to be released early on credits for good behavior, according to People.

Hogan was serving eight months at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida, for the accident that put his best friend John Graziano in a permanent vegetative state.

"They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don't do anything bad while they're here, they get to use the credits," a jail official stated.

"I'm not sure where he'll live. I think he's going to do his own thing," Nick's genius sister Brooke Hogan said recently.

That must be an amazing comfort to Graziano's family.
