Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s Mad for ‘Mad Men’
Jamie-Lynn Sigler has been around long enough to realize, in Hollywood, it’s not what you know—it’s who.
So no big surprise when Sunday night, at Hollywood Life Magazine’s 5th Annual Style Awards presented by Nikon, Sigler ran into old Sopranos supervising producer Matthew Weiner and put out feelers for a gig on his hit AMC show Mad Men.
“Matthew brought some of his cast over to meet Jamie-Lynn,” an eyewitness tells Celebuzz, “she was thrilled. She admitted to Vincent Kartheiser that she was a huge fan.”
She wasn’t shy about asking to appear on the Emmy-winning drama.
“She made a few jokes about coming on the show,” the source tells us, “then she gave [Weiner] a huge smile and said, ‘Think about it.'”
Reps for the actress could not be reached for comment, but don’t be surprised if Sigler appears in a pencil skirt and beehive sometime soon.
After all she played a Mafia princess, and who can say no to Family?
