Taylor Momsen doesn't mess around!

After fighting a nasty throat infection earlier this week, the work-hard, play-hard actress was spotted back on the set of the hit show Gossip Girl on Friday.

Well, well. It looks like a solid week of covering up and laying off the, ahem, "juice" did Little J well! Here's wishing the 15 year old a healthy rest of the year!
