Morning Buzz: Blake Fielder-Civil Going Back to Jail

Amy Winehouse’s estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil is reportedly being sent back to jail for failing a drug test in rehab. The Sun reports that after failing the standard drug test, Fielder-Civil somehow got to the hospital that his wife has been in since suffering a allegedly drug-related seizure recently to give her the news. “Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose — everyone was totally shocked,” a source said. Fielder-Civil could now be in jail until 2010.

TMZ reports that director Roman Polanski has had his legal team file a motion to throw his 30-year-old rape case thrown out of court. Polanski fled the US for Paris in 1978 to avoid sentencing on one count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. Polanski’s legal reps are alleging “misconduct and improper communications” between the judge and prosecutors.

People reports that The Practice actor Dylan McDermott has had his divorce from wife Shiva Rose finalized after 13 years of marriage. The pair have two daughters, ages 12 and 3, but custody has not been finalized. McDermott reportedly acted as is own lawyer in divorce proceedings.

TMZ reports that a photographer is suing Rihanna and Chris Brown for allegedly being beaten by their security team after trying to get a photograph of them. Luis Santana is seeking $1 million in damages after he claims he was tackled and his $3000 camera was destroyed after trying to snap photos at Brown’s 19th birthday party at the Vintage Ultra Lounge in St. Petersburg.

The Sun reports that actor/comedian Ben Stiller is trying to get a sequel to his 2001 male model comedy Zoolander made. “I’ve been trying to get Zoolander 2 together and we’ve had a few scripts. I feel that is the sequel I really would like to do some day because I like the original and I would make sure it was something new and worthy of it first,” he said recently.
