The Victoria Beckham Files

Victoria Beckham, 34, is a singer, dancer, fashion designer, author, businesswoman, actress, model, and fashion icon married to one of soccer’s biggest superstars, David Beckham, 33.

So what’s her secret? Celebuzz digs up the dish on how to live like Victoria!

Posh credits her new clear skin to a supposed miracle beauty ingredient—gasp—nightingale poo. She gets regular Geisha Facials from Japan which use a paste made from bird droppings to help combat acne and general blemishes on the skin. She apparently slathers moisturizing cream all over her hands and feet every evening. Then she encases the goopy mess in thick white cotton socks and cotton gloves and climbs into bed.

Along with her ever-changing hairdo, cutting-edge style and super slim body, Victoria’s pout is one of her trademark features. She boosts her lips with gloss, including brands like Bourjois 3D Effect Lip Gloss, and Lancome Juicy Tubes.

On her skin she covers up blemishes with YSL Touche Eclat. Along with her other famous features is her ultra tanned look. She uses St. Tropez products to achieve a bronzed glow, and Pout Shimmer Dust in Magic Mist to highlight her shoulders and decoletage.

Victoria is notorious for being a gym-phobe. But recently she dumped her no-exercise and no-eating lifestyle in favor of a healthier fitness regime. She’s racking up four miles a day on the treadmill.  The slim beauty who once shunned food even nibbles on carb-loaded toast for breakfast.

In an interview with the Sun, she said: “I run four miles, seven days a week. I feel energized and healthy—there are really nice gyms here and I just enjoy it. I need that self-discipline to get up in the morning, drop the kids off at school then go to the gym. I can think properly, then go home and do some work. But I do feel so much better. David puts music on my iPod and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers where you have a little chip so you can clock how far you’re running.”

David and Victoria are often seen at restaurants such as Il Sole, Via Veneto, STK, and Eva Longoria’s Hollywood eatery, Beso. Though she claims she’s no media junkie. She has a penchant for “those bloody American pretzel things,” and prefers a couple of glasses of wine and a few strawberries instead of sweets.

Although raising three sons can be hard at times, Victoria always enjoys her time with her husband and children.

This past year she became the Creative Director of her own label dVb by Victoria Beckham. Her dress collection was recently picked up by Selfridges.
