Lindsay Lohan has reportedly moved out of Samantha Ronson’s house and in with her manager Jen, according to TMZ. Sources say that the two are definitely split up despite Lohan’s denials, and Lohan is allegedly trying to get back together with the female DJ. Lohan was also seen at LA’s Apple Lounge sans girlfriend on Tuesday night. “She seemed kind of indifferent, emotionless,” a source told E!. “It was definitely apparent her friends were trying to cheer her up. It looked to be a ‘first night back out on the town’ sort of thing.

Dr. Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who had operated on Kanye West’s mother Donda the day before she died in Nov. 2007, has been sentenced to a year in jail for drunk driving. Us reports that Adams pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor DUI last June. Dr. Adams’ Jaguar was spotted driving the wrong way on the freeway when he was arrested, and his blood alcohol level was .20 percent.

Tori Spelling will be revisiting her role as boutique owner Donna Martin on the CW’s 90210 sequel. Spelling is said to be in final talks to appear in a handful of episodes before the show’s first season is over. Us reports that the mother of two was alleged to have turned producers down when the series first aired because of a dispute over pay. Former 90210 cast member Jason Priestley could possibly be directing Spelling’s first episode, which shoots at the end of this month.

Balthazar Getty’s character is being phased out of ABC’s Brothers and Sisters, according to E!. The married actor, whose recent affair with actress Sienna Miller has reportedly had a negative effect when it comes to his day job, will reportedly be gone from the series by episode 19 of the current season. Producers and writers are said to have revised and reworked storylines in order to speed the exit of his character Tommy Walker. Getty’s rep denies the story, and ABC had no comment.
