Khloe Kardashian Has a Dream
Khloe Kardashian has something to get off her chest—and this time it's not her shirt.
The Celebrity Apprentice contestant, 24, has been receiving intolerant messages recently on her official Web site from people taking exception to her relationship with 24-year-old Minnesota Timberwolves guard and African-American Rashad McCants; so she put fingers to keyboard in an effort to squash the hate.
"Recently...my site has been bombarded with cruel and unnecessary remarks about race and I can't sit back and keep my mouth shut any longer," the missive states. "I personally am shocked that in this day and age people are still so judgmental and racist—it blows my mind!"
Kim Kardashian's little sister goes on to say that, while she abhors the idea of censoring messages on her site, "some comments are so brutally heartless that I have to get rid of them."
Khloe's post concludes with a plea for unity—and if unity's not your thing, don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya.
"People, we have so many other things in this world to focus on. Get a life!" Khloe types. "And if you don't like who my friends are or if you don't like who I am dating then get off my website! It's that simple!"
Well said, Khloe! But you shouldn't be too angry with your fans. After all, it's entirely possible that the majority of comments are being left by an obsessive personality with an addiction to spewing her opinions all over the Internet and a history of antipathy toward minorities.
