David Hasselhoff Brings the Good Times to London
Where David Hasselhoff goes, a good time is sure to follow.
The 56-year-old former Knight Rider star is in London for the BRIT Awards—where he presented rock band Elbow with the Best British Group Award today—and decided to take a big, healthy gulp of the city's nightlife last night.
According to witnesses, Hoff started out at the Ivy at approximately 9 p.m., rolling up to the restaurant in a chauffeur-driven car and leaving with friends about an hour later en route to his hotel.
But the Hoff-meister wasn't ready to call it a night just yet. Slipping past the paps at around midnight, Hasselhoff made a stealth exit from his hotel and beat it on foot to the Soho district, where he was seen heading in the direction of the Groucho Club, a favorite watering hole of luminaries such as Twilight stud Robert Pattinson and former Hole ma'am Courtney Love.
Unfortunately Hasselhoff, spooked by the paparazzi hovering outside the club, did an about-face and hot-footed it back to his hotel. His return was hastened as a couple of female fans chased after him.
It's good to be the Hoff. But it's a lot of fun just following his antics too.
