Oprah Enacts The Jen, Brad, Angelina Oscar Awkwardness

Oprah Winfrey just added to the list of things she’s got in common with the little folk: the TV host has imagined (with the rest of the world) the awkwardness that must have transpired amongst Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at the Academy Awards last night.

Celebuzz spies at today’s Oprah show taping at Hollywood’s Kodak Theater, where the syndicated talk show filmed live-to-tape mere hours after the Oscars, say Winfrey gasped when she saw how close Aniston and Brangelina’s seats were.

“She said looking at the seats from the actual stage, she didn’t realize how close they were together,” the source said. “She grimaced.”

Oprah then shared a few nervous laughs with the audience over what her pal Aniston might have said to her ex-husband and the mother of his six children.

“It was cute, she was imagining conversation on Jen’s behalf to Brad and Angelina like, ‘Y’all look nice tonight’ and ‘Nice to see you,'” says our source.

Not like Aniston didn’t have man candy of her own in John Mayer, but it’s nice to know that even Oprah blanched at ABC’s clever cut-aways to Angie.

Guests on the post-Oscars episode of Oprah today include winners Sean Penn, Kate Winslet, Penelope Cruz and host Hugh Jackman.
