Gisele Bundchen: Husband Tom Brady Has a 'Pure Heart'
Gisele Bundchen gives a post-wedding interview to Harper's Bazaar in its April issue, in which she lists the reasons she adores her new husband, New England Patriots QB Tom Brady.
Bundchen and Brady were married in a small ceremony in Santa Monica last month, with Bundchen wearing an ivory Dolce & Gabanna gown complete with long train and a scalloped hem.
"Tom is a good guy," the Brazilian beauty raves. "He has a very pure heart. He's very naive, almost like a child. That is my favorite quality about him. One thing that I thought was so amazing when I first met him is that he is innocent. He sees the world with colored glasses."
Gisele says that Tom's naivete is what drew her to him.
"It's beautiful, but I think that is rare. I love that about him. No one else sees that. He's very strong and focused in his job, but he's so sensitive, it's amazing."
The couple met shortly after Tom broke things off with actress Bridget Moynahan, who announced she was pregnant with his son John Edward only a few months afterward.
Bundchen dismisses gossip about the controversy as "poison" and notes that she sent a gift basket to Moynahan to mend fences. She adds that she treasures spending time with her now-stepson.
"I love kids," Bundchen says. "It's amazing that I have the opportunity to hang out with my stepson all the time. He is so kind. He loves blueberries, and every now and then my dog, Vida, tries to get some food from him. He is so nice that he will give her the blueberries first. He is so cute and has such a sweet demeanor."
The model and the athlete apparently plan to raise plenty of young ones on their own.
"I want to have a big family," she says. "My parents have been together for 36 years, and that is what I want. I am in that place."
Even if they weren't in that place, they should do it anyways. Think about the potential gold mind. Those two breeding? It will be like a biological modeling agency!
