Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick: Heading for a Break-Up?

Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick: Heading for a Break-Up?-photo

One of the greatest bromances of the decade may be drawing to a close.

The New York Post reports that Gossip Girl costars Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick, who also share an apartment in the Chelsea area of New York, may not be living under the same roof for much longer.

According to a source, Crawford—who's currently filming the drug drama Twelve with rapper 50 Cent—is looking for a place of his own.

"Chace wants to move out to a bachelor pad," the source reports. "He wants privacy and has told his agent to spare no expense in finding the perfect loft."

The mole adds that Crawford is looking for an apartment "downtown, in a secure building with a doorman."

Can't say as we blame the guy. Who wouldn't want a place with a little more privacy and security, when you have Lindsay Lohan showing up in the wee hours of the morning, demanding an audience?

No word on how Crawford and Westwick will go about splitting up the beauty products that they've no doubt acquired during their cohabitation.

no its completely ok if chace got a separate apartment because i mean he wanted some privacy.. i would have done exactly tht its totally not related to their friendship and i am sure tht even after he splits up they will still be the best of friends!!

My, my... Ed is so much hotter than Chace! Ed is tall dark and handsome, while Chace is a bit too pretty for my tastes.

She's so right, it has nothing to do with their friendship. And just because they're really good friends, doesn't mean that they're "breaking up" every time they're having a fight with each other eather, like the gossip says... I wrote that, I just forgot to sign in. x)

there's nothing wrong with that! I used to live with a friend, but now i live alone, and it's great to have your own apartment, your privacy. It has nothing to do with friendship.
