‘Jon & Kate Plus 8′ Dad’s Affair Confirmed
After many rumors and some photographic evidence that was hard to deny, it’s been confirmed that Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad Jon Gosselin has been having an affair with Deanna Hummel.
In the new issue of Us Weekly, five people close to the situation share their story in hopes to set the record straight. Deanna’s older brother and roommate Jason claims he just wants to protect his younger sister. He shares, “She’s a nice girl, not a homewrecker. He is a bad liar. This isn’t healthy for her. But she is refusing to help herself, so here I am trying to help her myself. I hope this clears the air.”
Jon, 32, met Deanna, a third grade school teacher, while at the Chill Lounge in Reading, Pennsylvania in mid-January. After sending each other $3 shots (classy), the two began having a sexual relationship.
Jon would come over to Deanna’s house, where, Jason says, they would ”pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He’s a grown man.
He added, “A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um — how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who’s, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast.”
Jon and his wife Kate have been married since 1999, and are the subject of the popular reality show about their life raising their twin girls and sextuplets.

Just an FYI, your god has nothing to do with this. Did you know that there are societies where there is no “father”? Those people have been getting along fine for thousands of years without you trying to push your fairy tales on them. Oh and just for the record, people in societies where the diety is female tend to be the much more peaceful ones. Take an anthropology class and you might understand what I’m talking about. All that being said someone needs to take Jon out for a beer and stick Kate in a mental institution until she has her control issues taken care of.
Its not entirely true that she does everything because she has admitted to traveling alot ( for example on her book tour ) while he is with the kids on his own. He quit his job two years ago to help out with his kids because she could not handle the kids on her own. Also, if you look at the episodes, its HER yelling at the nice Korean man, her nagging, her having to have all things her way and he rolls with all the punches all the time, finally he just snapped and had enough, and then he ended up making a mistake that will effect them all now. You NEVER see HIM yell at her at all, he is always trying to make light of things and joke with her and she still always walks around with a stick up her tight derriere. She was totally playing all this up for the cameras on the last episodes. So again he should not have cheated, but she is so not the innocent young White woman either! I don’t get how all these people can be so hard on him and so not hard on her!

i was verbally abused as a child by the uncle and aunt who raised me and i can tell you that its no less of an abuse then physical
my ex wife and her parents were also verbally abusive and it makes you start to question yourself because you try to be a good person but you keep getting treated like crap and it slowly starts to wear you down and it takes a strong person to get over it

I loved to watch the show when it first began to come on. I enjoyed watching the sextuplets. The twins on the other hand, with all the meltdowns that they have is untolerable. I also love John. I love the episodes that Kate is rarely in. The way she treats Jon is just crazy. A man needs to feel loved and wanted. She is always yelling and slapping. On the interviews she is always cutting him off. How do you expect to get respect if you don’t give any? I knew a long time ago that this was going to happen, but I didn’t think it would be like this. Besides why poor Kate, yeah…she literaly had the eight kids but Jon is apart of everything, even if they do get a divorce Jon would not be the kind to just leave and not be there for the kids. They would have more fun and love with him anyway.

If Jon had asked for a divorce, Kate wouldn’t have paid any attention to him. I totally agree with Liz. I mean, even if she is a nag, he chose to marry her, he should have thought at this, right?! They have 8 kids, not 2, so it would be hard for them to see their father with another woman and not to be there with them, especially because they’re little. Jon has always had an inappropriate attitude towards the entire situation of him being the father. He was not totally involved. He always said he couldn’t wait for Monday to come, for him to go to work and get away from all the craziness. He always enjoyed getting away from his kids.
His laziness and selfish attitude really nedded a strong hand like kate’s or otherwise the kids would have starved to death!
