Robert Pattinson Lands Another Role
Does Robert Pattinson EVER sleep?
Variety is reporting that New Moon star Pattinson has just signed on to star in Bel Ami, an adaptation of Guy de Maupassant's short story by the same title.
The 23-year-old heartthrob is currently mingling with Hollywood's biggest A-list celebs at the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival to promote his upcoming project Remember Me, which he will be filming in between New Moon and Eclipse.
Bel Ami will be shot in Paris next year with London-based director Declan Donnellan. The leading lady has yet to be cast, but Rob said the lucky actress "needs to be literally inspirational."
RPattz expressed his excitement for the role, which he says is way different for him. "It's a totally amoral character," he said, but similar to Twilight in that "they're both about commitment."

Pattinson has been picking amazing scripts lately. Remember Me, Bel Ami and Unbound Captives all have fantastic scripts. They guy knows class.

I just hope he's not overextending himself. If he saturates the market too much, people are going to get sick of seeing him and he will get burned out. It's hard to be "on" all the time. If Josh Brolin can do it, why can't Rob? :)
