Twilight Co-Star on Pattinson-Stewart Romance: “It’s Bull”
While a nation of Twi-hards might say otherwise, Twilight actor Billy Burke says there’s just no truth to the rumors that Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are a couple.
Burke, who plays Stewart’s on-screen father Charlie Swan in the wildly popular vampire movie series, said in no uncertain terms that he doesn’t think the two are hooking up while at Melanie Segal’s MTV Movie Awards gift suite this week.
“As far as I know, I’m gonna say bullsh*t,” Burke asserted, according to E! Online. “I’m not buying it please!”
Burke, who admits to knocking a few back with RPattz in the Vancouver bars while the two were filming New Moon, adds that his co-star isn’t nearly as glamorous as his millions of swooning female fans might assume.
“He’s a goofball,” Burke opines. “If people knew how much of a goofball he was, they wouldn’t be falling all over the place. He doesn’t take it all too seriously.”

nikki and kellan (rosalie & emmett)
ashley and jackson (alice & jasper)
peter and elizabeth (carlisle & esme)
cam and rachelle (james & victoria)
have to get together too? cuz to me it seems like this twilight bullsh*t is running rob and kristen’s life…so what’s stopping them from trying it on everyone else.
In response to the last comment by Billy Burke: Ok, ok, I don’t “love” him, that’s just an easier way of saying I’m infatuated with him. I’ve seen a lot of interviews, and I understand that I don’t actually know him, but that’s what I “love” about him! The fact that he’s hysterical and he really is a goofball. He’s an independent thinker and a lot of the stuff he says is just completely different from what I’m used to hearing. He jokes about his hygiene, his body, his “celebrity” status, his paranoia of being stabbed by crazy fans with AIDS-infected needles, and the fact that he even has fans to be paranoid about. A sense of humor is one of the most important things, for me at least, and he definitely has one. His self-deprecating humor is adorable.
I’ve just fawned over Rob on a subject that is just barely relevant to the actual article’s topic, but hey, I couldn’t stop. :)
I don’t believe Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are dating, because they’ve said it. Every time I see a tabloid mentioning this love triangle between Kristen, Rob, and insert name here [ie: Nikki Reed, Mike Angarano, Erika Dutra, whoever it'll be next week] I lose a little more “respect” I ever had for gossip magazines. So, whatever, they can continue on with that horrible reporting practices and I’ll continue to not buy their “bull” (thanks, Billy Burke) literally and figuratively.

sounds like Billy Burke may be just a little jealous of Rob’s fame and wish the same for him. Rob’s personality is what women relate to, although his good looks help. There is always going to be the jealous one.
