Selena Gomez Is Done With TV

Wizards Of Waverly Place sweetheart Selena Gomez says that she has high hopes for her future—off of the television!
She tells the NY Post,"I think this'll be the last series that I do. I'm going to try to pull a Natalie Portman," adding that her dream school is Northwestern University.
Now the good news: Gomez goes on to make it clear that she'd like to pursue her education while trying to film movies! "Natalie went to Harvard while shooting Star Wars. I don't know how she did it. I want to have lunch with her and ask her—that seems like a bunch of stress right there," Selena admits.
What will her fans do? Don't worry, she doesn't want to alienate you!
"I'm going to make that transition slowly," Gomez says. "I'm not going to immediately go do something that's way off the charts, because my goal is to keep my audience and have them grow with me."

I think she has her head in the right place...At least she isn't just banking on her acting career....This shows that she has other intrest in other things. I don't watch the show she is on, but it's nice to know that she is not just not going to do TV!
