Daniel Radcliffe Loathes Homophobia

Daniel Radcliffe is speaking out in support of gay rights.

The Harry Potter actor, who finally let it slip that he has a girlfriend of two years, appears on the cover of the upcoming issue of UK’s premiere gay magazine, Attitude.

In his interview, he explains how he grew up surrounded by his parents’ gay friends and can’t stand anyone with a homophobic attitude.

“I just loathe homophobia,” the newly 20-year-old actor shared. “It’s just disgusting and animal and stupid and it’s just thick people who can’t get their heads around it and are just scared. I grew up around gay people entirely. I was the only child in my class who had any experience of homosexuality or anything like that.”
