Though the video is pretty dark, it would certainly seem to show K-Stew refreshing herself with a cool, frosty Heineken. Which, given the fact that Stewart is only 19, would be illegal in these here United States. If it's actually her, and not some impostor in a mullet wig.

Another FYI for everyone, depending on the state (ex. Ohio) that you live in minors can drink alcohol at a bar or restaurant if the parent or guardian orders and then gives it to the minor. Sorry to rant on but drinking laws and ages really bugs me.

Can I just say that drinking at the age of 18 was legal before Regan became President. It was not until that Regan administration in the 1980's that the law was changed in the USA. Just FYI.
