Katherine Jackson: Getting Ready to Sue?
Katherine Jackson may be going to court over the death of her son Michael Jackson.
According to TMZ, a lawyer for the elder Jackson say that the idea of a wrongful death lawsuit has "been floated"—with the singer's former physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, as the target.
Murray, who's currently being investigated by law-enforcement officials, is believed to have administered a potentially fatal combination of drugs—including the powerful anesthetic Propofol and several sedatives—to Jackson in the hours before his death, which they think may have been responsible for the singer's fatal cardiac arrest on June 25.
