Report: Michael Jackson’s Death Ruled A Homicide

Betsy Waldman / August 24, 2009

In a new search warrant affidavit unsealed today in Houston, Los Angeles County coroner’s officials are quoted saying that Michael Jackson had lethal levels of propofol in his system when he died.

Now, the Associated Press is quoting a law enforcement official as saying Jackson’s death has been ruled a homicide, with Jackson’s doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, as the prime suspect.

The official spoke on condition of anonymity, as the findings haven’t been publicly released.
