Heathers Remake in the Works
Is Hollywood capable of doing anything besides churning out remakes these days?
Variety reports that a remake of the 1989 Winona Ryder/Christian Slater movie Heathers is underway for the small screen.
The original film chronicled the escapades of two high-school outcasts who offed a snotty clique of girls—all named Heather—one by one, masking the murders as suicides.
"We had the title, and talked about doing a film remake at times," says executive producer Gary Lucchesi. "But doing it for TV seemed like a fresh and original idea."
Glad they're coming up with at least one fresh and original idea!

i LOVE the film heathers, but it could get killed by another one! *get it, killed! jkes soory* but they will get Miley Cyrus or Demi Lovato or play Veronica. Demi would be better cause she got that look though tbh. But who would be good for J.D?? Any thoughs people??
