She was on the latest season premiere of Grey's Anatomy. I just happened to be flipping through and saw her and it took me a second to figure out why I recognized her. She looks pretty much the same as above.

And then, this was horrible, all the people started getting sick and throwing up all over each other. I never felt so bad in my entire life." -Chunk Haha, this movie was so great.
