Cody Linley: Drunk and Out of Control?
Oh no! Another Disney star has been caught red-handed!
Star Magazine has some awesomely bad pictures of Hannah Montana star Cody Linley shirtless and reportedly drunk at Tabu, a club in Orlando, Florida.
A source told the mag,
"It was weird to see him stick his tongue down some girl's throat. He was totally out of it and didn't mind that the whole room was staring at him...He was already wasted, he didn't need any drinks."
Cody is 19 years old, but still under the legal drinking age. Way to go, man!

theres no proof that he was drunk the proof there is , is that he was at the club in Orlando. and he was in ORLANDO ,FLORIDA not somewhere in canada!!!!
He played in Disney like a few times.... i never even see him anymore on Hannah Montana...so technically it's just another actor getting drunk. Nothing new.
Are you guys serious?!? Not everyone is perfect like those of you who claim to not make mistakes. Are you saying that he shouldn't be able to make mistakes because he's a celebrity? People make mistakes.
19 is actually the legal age to drink in Canada so he technically was not breaking any laws. That's stupid. This was literally taken place in Orlando which is in the United States and not in Canada. Get your geography correct!
I think that although this wasn't a very good choice that as long as he doesnt make the same mistake or an even bigger mistake. I dont c what hte big deal is. Cause it is true that lots of kids under age 21 do drink. There are defitnitly some stars would did make some mistakes but now you never hear anything about they did this or they did that. So i think people need to just let this go and if he makes a nother mistake then people should start caring more about it.
Cody's 19,sure. but he as i, knew was really cute. i used to really like his episodes on Hannah Montana. but now, I agree. I've lost every bit of respect and fondness to him. This shouldn't be done by anyone, not even celebrity s.ppl just shouldnt risk the respect of others to themselves.
Looking up to him was a big mistake. I felt so much seeing his shows but guess i was wrong. Well now i know why they call them ACTORS.

well in my country it's legal to drink whatever you want at the age of 16, so to me this doesn't seem like a wild night at all. Just an.average random drunken night were he was having fun LIKE ANY OTHER HUMAN WOULD

What's the big deal? Almost every average teen drinks and parties a time or another. As long as he doesn't make a habit out of it, I really don't see the problem. He's the one who made the mistake, and has to see his drunken self in the magazines.
it does not matter he is not a child. and people need to stop depending on characters to be good role models for their children. the PARENTS need to be good role models for their children. kids need to stop looking up to other young people who probably need a role model themselves. and dont say "he has young fans and blah blah blah" honestly he is a young adult, do you think he is going to act like he is a child? no he is not, but you can clearly see that.

This guy needs to get his act together, Disney stars before him have repented, and he shouldn't get away with it just because he is 19 (Vanessa is 22, not that I have respect for her anymore, either) Come on now, even 14 year old kids drink here already @ Philippines. He's 19 for God's sake! But, those girls are nasty looking, Ew Cody! Find some girls who are actually sexy. Pffft.

These Disney stars are out of control! I'm so disappointed in Cody...when I met him a little over a year ago, he was charming and we talked for a good 5 minutes. He goes from that to sticking his tongue down girls' throats and going crazy! He needs to get his act together fast,,,but it appears he's digging himself into a deeper hole. I have lost all respect for him and the same goes for Vanessa Hudgens as well, Yeah, as Demi says, he's a good guy and ppl make mistakes, but I can't accept this kind of behavior from someone like Cody...I guess it's possible to redeem himself and maybe I'll gain some respect for him back.
Are you kidding me? I'm so sick of all this underage drinking by celebrities! They never get in trouble while we simpletons have to pay the consequences. I'm 19 and never drink a day in my life. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior by anyone...21 or not. My question is "How the hell was he served drinks in a night club at the age of 19?" Celebrity or not, no one should be above the law.
