The Gossip Girl set pics are totally dfferent from her walking out of a bar. While you could explain her outfits "for work" i don't know how she left the house thinking that her outfit for the bar looked good and how her parents thought it was appropriate. Plus what the heck is a 16 year old doing at a bar? shouldn't she be at school or something?

Wow. You all are rude. Drinking is what a lot of 16 year olds do. It's ridiculous that she is getting trashed on by all of you just because she's in the public eye. And in my opinion I think it takes a lot of confidence to dress the way she does and I also personally love her style and I think she's beautiful.

Ok, first of all this girl is her own person, she can dress and act however she sees fit. Also, unlike Miley Cyrus, she has never marketed a conservative image or portrayed supposed innocence. Gossip Girl is about sex, lies, and partying-- here in New York we grow up fast. Everyone goes through phases during their teenage years, right now she's experimenting. So don't judge her by what what you see here, and appreciate her for her talent as an actress.
