Taylor Lautner Is Sick of Being Shirtless
Better sit down for this, Twi-hards; we have some very distressing news for you. Taylor Lautner doesn't want to do anymore shirtless scenes.
The 17-year-old New Moon hunk—who famously packed on 30 pounds of muscle to retain the role of Jacob Black in the vampire franchise—would like everyone to know that he's not a piece of meat to be ogled like a side of beef in a butcher's window, thanks very much.
"My motivation [for buffing up] was the movie and the fans. But I don't want to become known as just a body...If I had to choose, I would never take my shirt off again in a movie, but I guess that's not very realistic. I certainly won't be asking to do it, though."
What about if it's really, really essential to the advancement of the plot, Taylor?
Oh well; at least a certain former co-star of his can breathe a sigh of relief now.
Tell us in the comments section: Is Lautner being unreasonable in not wanting to share his chiseled underage body with the moviegoing public? You might want to consider the evidence before deciding.
