Katy Perry and Beyonce both rocked the house at tonight's 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards held at the O2 Arena in Berlin, Germany.
Perry, who also hosted the show, performed a medley of "Best Song nominees," including her own unique cabaret-style versions of Beyonce’s "Halo" and Kings Of Leon’s "Use Somebody."
A little later in the show, Beyonce did a jaw-dropping rendition of her current single "Sweet Dreams."

her powder is lighter than her skin... it's funny how she was much darker when she first started and now with money and as a republican, she's lighter and wants to be even lighter with the wrong shade of powder
