Lindsay Lohan Denied Free Stuff, Pitches Fit
Fox News reports that the Just My Luck actress threw a fit last Thursday at the launch of Jermaine Dupri's Nu Pop watch line at West Hollywood boutique Kitson—because she wasn't given enough free merchandise at the event.
According to a source, LiLo—who was being paid to attend the launch—was also given a $1,000 merchandise allowance (bargained up from an original $500 offer) by designer and event host Pascal Mouawad for the evening. Which was apparently deemed insufficient by the young starlet. Rifling through the store's drawers for "free" goodies, she eventually racked up a $15,000 tab, insisting that "Pascal would take care of it because I’m the only celebrity here.”
Apparently Mouawad was not thrilled with this notion, the source reveals:
"Pascal said no, so she went and started talking smack about him to Jermaine Dupri who doesn’t even know her. He was totally bewildered and couldn’t believe it. Eventually Pascal said she could have $2,000 to spend but that was the absolute limit.”
Wow; no wonder Mouawad has cooled off on the whole idea of collaborating with Lohan.
