Tiger Woods Quits Golf!
Wow. We sure didn't see this coming.
In a statement posted on his website just a short time ago, Tiger Woods has stated that he will be taking an "indefinite break from professional golf" to focus on his family:
I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I want to do my best to try.
I would like to ask everyone, including my fans, the good people at my foundation, business partners, the PGA Tour, and my fellow competitors, for their understanding. What's most important now is that my family has the time, privacy, and safe haven we will need for personal healing.
After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person.
Again, I ask for privacy for my family and I am especially grateful for all those who have offered compassion and concern during this difficult period.

they should leave him algong hes not the only whos did that before,so stop talkin about it and take that sh..t of the tv about him bein a bad husband,cuz evone does it,so shout up those who are against him.even though what he did was wrong,i 4give him so your should cuz some of your your cheats 2.
Whoever says this is a tragedy for Tiger Woods is a moron. He has made a mess of his life with all of these women on the side. He deserves what he has coming to him.
I have more respect for Tiger now than ever before. Hope the Tiger tally makes it to triple figures.
Wow, i'm pretty shocked. But..i could care less. I never watched golf (the most boring sport EVER) so yeah..don't really care :/ lol
I hope he does not come back. He does not need to entertain the same people who hate him, or give pleasir to the media to make money out of him. Lot people hate now, spensors have drop him. The media has shown by revealing that what he did is wrong and his family is more important. Why wanted him to come back again He made the wright desicion. The media should go after those women now to get quality golf out them even sponsorship deal.
Petty sure Tiger is going to be back in golf once everything in his personal life i sorted.. He's been doing it his whole life and right now he's found a different priority but it will be back with golf as soon as he can.
He doesn't need to quit golf. HE NEEDS TO STOP SCREWING AROUND ON HIS WIFE!!! Golf, he's actually good at. Tiger, you're doing it wrong.

Golf will be begging him to come back in less then a year. This sucks.
So help me god, if Gatorade pulls the Tiger Woods flavors off the shelves I'm going to flip a car and burn it. That stuff is delicious.
