Really, RPattz? How it's possible to make this caveman beard attractive is beyond us. But he does it! Robert Pattinson, who hasn't been spotted publicly since his New Years with Kristen Stewart, emerged last night in England showing off his trademark hobo-chic style and some pretty intense facial hair. For those of you digging this look, you'll get much more of it tonight, as RPattz will be the London presenter on George Clooney's Hope for Haiti telethon, which airs Worldwide tonight.
