If he is trained properly in an advanced driving school, no problems for a car like that. I was driving illegally at age 14, which was old enough to touch the pedals and be responsible enough to follow the rules of the road. Of course that was back in the 1980's.

That looks so weird & sick to me. I've started learning to drive when I was 13 or 14 and I did it only on the suburb roads cause it's illegal. But a 12-year old boy driving a Ferrari in the city is just insane! He doesn't have enough driving background to react quickly if smth goes wrong.
