They have seen what she wears from her appearances to music videos, so she can kinda have an influence on kids. if you dont believe me, ask any 8 to 10 year olds if they know who Lady Gaga is and how she dresses!
Last time I checked Lady Gaga was a 23 or 24 year old something who has never been the object of adoration of millions of young girls 16 and under. Miley is trying to show every one she is grown up & all she lokks like is some cheap low class girl with a very low IQ. Sorry that outfit is not fashion for any age. what i meant to say is that even though she is not dressing the way those 16 year old and younger's parents want her to dress like, i think what they should be focusing on is that the main message is to express yourself and be yourself in how you dress. for example say that you see your teacher everyday in school wearing appropriate clothing for school and then you saw her one day outside of school wearing a short dress, high heels and lots of makeup, or dressed with short shorts and a top, you would probably be shocked at what she is wearing and think thats not how she should dress, but the reality is that since you dont know her that well, you dont even know that that's how your teacher really likes to dress and thats who she is. so what im trying to say is that even though Miley is under the spotlight and people think she should dress the way we think she should, we dont know who she really is and what her style is.
