Miley Cyrus and Bret Michaels’ Duet ‘Nothing to Lose’ Is Catchy, and Maybe a Little Creepy

Miley Cyrus and Bret Michaels are striking up quite the musical relationship, for good or for ill.

The Hannah Montana star—who’s recording a cover of “Every Rose Has its Thorn” by Michaels’ former band Poison—also lends her pipes to Michaels’ latest single, “Nothing to Lose.”

Catchy? Sure. Got a good beat you can dance to? Okay, why not? But all of the swelling strings and crashing power chords in the world can’t mask the slightly creepy subtext of a 46-year-old hair-metal gigolo—who pretty much perfected reality-TV sleaze with his Rock of Love dating show—and a 17-year-old Disney princess singing about falling for each other.
