Dakota Fanning Gets Inked By Kat Von D (VIDEO)
Dakota Fanning got a little surprise when she went on Lopez Tonight on Monday: Kat Von D gave her some custom ink.
Well, it was fake "ink," Dakota is only 16 years old and she claims that her mother made her sign a "contract" that she would never get a tattoo. However, her mom never said anything against getting fake tattoos!
Kat Von D designed a "cherry bomb" tat for the Runaways star with "Dakota" written underneath it.
