Lindsay Lohan Takes The Term 'Face-Plant' A Little Too Literally (PHOTOS)
Lindsay Lohan's career isn't the only thing that has been spiraling down. Lohan was spotted on her way to a house party in Los Angeles when she took a nasty spill and ended up face-first in a cactus bush.
Luckily, Lohan didn't appear to be harmed by her face plant and, with the help of some security officers, teetered forward on her night of partying.

She is totally drunk. Worse, she is totally drugged (alcool is not the only drug around...). I wore identical high heels at a wedding party and I did not fall even after the lunch and some wine glasses. Lohan just has no control over her legs and eyes, look at the late picture she just can't walk alone.
