Kevin Jonas Promises a Very Campy Jonas Brothers Tour
Yearning to camp it up with the Jonas Brothers? Soon you'll have your chance, because as Kevin Jonas explains, their upcoming summer tour is going to be just like going to that summer camp your parents shuttled you off to that one time so they could get some peace and quiet while you were on break from school.
As the least least virginal JoBro reveals,
"From the minute you walk into the promenade—because we're going to be playing amphitheaters during the summertime—it's going to feel like a whole other world. It's going to feel like you're going to camp. There's going to be things to do from the minute you walk in to the end of the night."
Awesome—making S'mores, sitting around the campfire telling scary stories; sounds like a truly immersive experience.
What's more, the concerts will comprise a mixture of JoBro originals and tunes from their upcoming flick Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, which airs on the Disney Channel on September 3. Which means that their Camp Rock co-star and Joe Jonas' current girlfriend, Demi Lovato, will be joining them on the dates:
"What we're doing is having our friends come out for songs that they are part of, and even Camp Rock songs. So, we'll do our set, we'll do everyone's favorite songs, all the hits, and then bring out Demi."
Wonder if Joe and Demi will manage to sneak away from the counselors to enjoy a little alone time.
The Jonas Brothers' tour kicks off on July 27 in Dallas and wraps up on October 17 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Are you planning to see any of the shows? Let us know in the comments section!
