Spencer Pratt and Snooki’s Ex Team Up to Make Reality-TV Magic
And some people claim that reality TV has nowhere else to go.
Multi-talented Hills villain Spencer Pratt has joined forces with Emilio Masella—aka, that guy who dated Jersey Shore charmer Snooki for a few months—to create a new reality show, in what will surely become the greatest collaboration since Lennon first sat down to knock out a few tunes with McCartney.
The series, which will be titled Fist Pumping for Love and will be produced under Spencer’s Pratt Productions shingle, will follow Masella as he criss-crosses this great nation of ours “in search of love.” According to Pratt, who’s presumably the brains behind the team,
“It is the perfect partnership for me as a growing player in reality television.”
And don’t expect Masella to cross paths with his former flame—say, while she’s filming her own reality-show spinoff, Snookin’ for Love. The Gold’s Gym trainer says that from now on he’ll only be dating authentic daughters of Italy:
“I am tired of these fake Italian girls. I want a real guid-ette who can speak Italian, so we are prepared to take my search from Hollywood, Calif., to the streets of Howard Beach in Queens, N.Y.”
What’s more, Masella notes, he might be taking his love quest international, because other countries need his divine presence too:
“It will be everywhere. Obviously in Connecticut, probably Jersey, maybe Long Island, Alaska, Italy and Canada.”
Mamas, lock up your figlie.
The series, which is being executive-produced by Pratt’s wife Heidi Montag, began filming on Wednesday at Masella’s local watering hole, and will continue filming this weekend at noted Long Island nightclub Glow.
