Glee’s Jane Lynch Wants You to Sterilize Your Pets (VIDEO)
Listen up, people: Jane Lynch has an important message for you.
The Glee actress—who plays tart-tongued Sue Sylvester on the series—lightens up some in a new PETA ad to talk about a breezy little topic: Spaying and neutering your pets. As Lynch cracks in the video,
“The good folks at PETA asked me to say a few words about the importance of good posture and personal hygiene—but I don’t want to talk about that. I want to talk about the 4 million dogs and cats who are euthanized every year because there aren’t enough homes for all of them.”
Lynch also recently sent a letter to Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley, urging him to support a proposed bill that would make it mandatory to spay and neuter pets in his city.
Perhaps she should also suggest a law that require a muzzle for her smart-mouthed Glee co-star, Lea Michele? Naw; she’s too entertaining just the way she is.
