The red carpet of last night's Nylon Young Hollywood party was flooded with some of the hottest, most fashionable celebs of the scene. Of course, there can only be one fashion FTW and last night's virtual Celebuzz award goes to none other than Ashley The Tis Tisdale in her dainty floral frock and edgy moto jacket.
