Rachel Uchitel Gropes for 16th Minute of Fame, Says David Boreanaz Really, Really Liked Her
For someone who doesn't want to be considered a homewrecker, Rachel Uchitel sure is doing a lot of blabbing about the married men she's slept with.
Uchitel—perhaps best-known as Tiger Woods' alleged top mistress—has confirmed that she had a relationship with married Bones actor David Boreanaz, via a statement by her attorney, Gloria Allred. But hey; before you get the wrong idea, this was no sordid affair: Boreanaz really had, like, feelings and stuff for Uchitel:
"(Rachel) understood that he was unhappy in his marriage and had been for some time and she had reason to believe that he intended to separate from his wife. He treated her as his girlfriend and also took her out in public. He called her between takes when he was taping his television show and put her on the telephone with his friends and his son."
Umm, yeah, because that's what unfaithful guys always do: Put their mistresses on the phone with their kids.
Alas, Uchitel adds that she had to call a stop to this fairy-tale romance, because she felt that Boreanaz—gasp!—was being dishonest with her:
"Their relationship ended because Ms. Uchitel decided to break it off. She felt that he had not been completely truthful with her and she no longer trusted him."
And, as everyone knows, trust is the cornerstone to every illicit affair. Duh!
Boreanaz, 40, admitted that he had been unfaithful to his wife, Jaime Bergman, last year, while she was pregnant with their child. Boreanaz claimed that the other woman had tried to extort him over the affair, a charge that Uchitel has denied.
