Vanessa Carlton Comes Out As Bisexual

Turns out Anna Paquin isn't the only female star that is proudly flying the bisexual flag: singer Vanessa Carlton came out at Nashville Pride on Saturday.

Vanessa, who is probably best known for her 2002 hit "A Thousand Miles," announced that she was a bisexual in front of a crowd of 18,000 spectators at Nashville Pride. Vanessa told the crowd: "I've never said this before, but I am a proud bisexual woman."

Wow. It's one thing to come out to your friends and family but it is quite another thing to come out in front of a crowd of 18,000 strangers. Good for her!

Vanessa has been previously linked to musician John Mayer.
