Paris Hilton is apparently trying to expand her arrest record to the international level.
The celebutante was reportedly detained by police in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, on Friday, for possession of marijuana outside the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium.
Hilton was in Port Elizabeth to watch the World Cup quarterfinal match between Brazil and the Netherlands.
Maybe she should have stuck to tooting a vuvuzela.
