Breaking Dawn Sex Scenes Will Be “Way Hot,” Screenwriter Promises
The movie adaptation of Twilight sequel Breaking Dawn may or may not contain the book’s infamous birth scene, but screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg promises that the final Twilight installment will have one thing: Lots of sexy sex for its sexy stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to get sexy to.
Describing a Breaking Dawn sex scene between Pattinson’s Edward Cullen and Stewart’s Bella Swan as “way hot,” Rosenberg vows,
“Breaking Dawn will be sexier [than its predecessors.] I think we can get awfully sexy with a PG-13, I’m not worried about the rating. I know a lot of fans are like, ‘We have to go R to do it justice,’ but I don’t think so. I think it’s going to be pretty hot. Way hot!”
Better wear your sunscreen to the theaters, Twi-hards.
Do you agree with Rosenberg that Breaking Dawn can be done justice with a PG-13 rating, or would you prefer an R-rated version? Let us know in the comments section.

The Twilight Saga is such a great teenage romance movie. You have the elements of falling in love at first sight, love loss and then reconciliation and they didn’t have to have sex to do all that. I think that a PG-13 Rating would be sufficient enough as long as the scene shows the true passion that exists between Bella and Edward on their wedding night. We’ve all been waiting for this moment and has to be do with good taste. Can’t wait for the release!!
PG 13 because i’m 10 and i want to enjoy it too!!
I’d say whatever I’m gonna see it no matter what kinda rating, but some of the younger viewers might not be able to see it which would mean not as much money. Rate it R if its PG-!3 it wont be as steamy and sexy……the birth scene..well im not sure.
if its rated r who the f*ck could watch it ? a R-rating would bring down sales its fan base is mostly teens teens cant watch R rated movies at the theatre we would have to wait for th dvd to see it!!! f*ck no!!

I so agree with Tanya. Way to go.
Woohoo! lol, thankk yhu! :] buht well, we all do know that it should be rated R(:
Well, i remember about what iSai(: but, actually iHave to agree with “LT” (pg 6) The books are not geared towards kids under the age of 15, sooooo yeah! but then again, it would be akward to watch a sex movie with a parent! thats just a no no! haha, well sorry for the younger kiddos! :( but yeah! iKnow iWould be pretty darn mad if iHad to go with a parent because the movie is rated ‘R’ but, well iGues the director will just make the movie the way he wants to… we’re just giving opinions about it! it’s not like he’s going to surf the internet for the opinions of the fans, well maybe… but he probly won’t be able to read these opinions. and FYI for the little kids that are saying that these movies are made ‘just’ for teens… NEWS FLASH! there is MANY adults out there that love these movies! :] soo yehpp! well, iDon’t know. it would be the same to me if it’s rated ‘R’ or ‘PG-13″ but once again… like LT said “definitely don’t cut out the birth scene. (That scene is way too important in Bella’s transformation)” sooo, if it HAS to be rated ‘R’ then, too bad for the minors :) (not being mean or anything)
R rated for sure!
i think it should be R-rated.Think about it it is the last chapter of the twilight saga don’t u thing a change should be made.Twilight,New moon and Eclipse are PG13.there should not be a problem if this one is R-rated
it’s gotta be R. not just because of the sex but because of the gore! you cant have a PG-13 movie with sex and a lotta blood. not possible. if we’re gonna go full out, we should stay true to the book!
I would prefer rated-R, but PG-13 is fine AS LONG AS THERE IS A GOOD SEX SCENE. Seriously, they are meant to be in “love” so after 3 movies, the 4th one just has to have something really intense in it. I know stephanie meyer is a mormon etc, but the rest of society isn’t a mormon. SO PLEASE INCLUDE A SEX SECENE
i think it should be pg13 look at all the other movies that has sex in it and its pg13
just do it… make it R…
Its got to b a R thats what we have all been waiting for !
Make it PG13 for the theater , but have a Rated R version when it goes to DVD
it’s fine if it’s way too hot…. i want passion in the movie
it defintely needs to be rated R to do the movie justice i mean come on its sex and awkward sex at that…come on its SEX!!! they better not fade to black while Edward gettin it in!!! UPSET!! lol
me and my 5year old daughter are big twilight fan so i think pg13 is good…
don’t make it r coz i’m 13 so i wont be able to watch and btw; most of us are underage. it could still be cool if they make it pg13, bells doesn’t really tell us EVERYTHING that goes on so MAKE IT PG13
i say PG…13 will be enoug I meen the book dosent describe much and why focus on just the “s” sceens there are a lot of other parts that can be focust on and what about the 13 twi-fans they whant to enjoy it to.so I say PG….13
Why can’t there be both, the pg-13 version and an R rated uncut version?
rated r is better and ok it may be pg 13 but i think it should be rated r because it will give fans more of what they want and if certain fans aren’t old enough then thats too bad for them but i don’t think they’ll lose that many fans.
Has to be rated R, if there is someone watching a movie, racy scenes have to be descriptive to the T otherwise the hype of certain parts of the book will not be fulfilled, not the way everyone was forced to imagine it and there will be alot of disapointment. Plus, who wouldnt want to see robert pattinson naked! lol
If it becomes rated R then a lot of younger viewers that wont be able to go see it, unless without parent or guardian but they’re probably gonna say “hell no I’m not letting at 11 year old girl watch a rated r movie because it has sex and a birth scene” unless you want your parents make u close your eyes the hole time they’re doing it
Well they already confirmed it that it will be PG-13 probably because the younger viewers want to go see it but their parents can just drop them off so then their parents wont know its about sex. There are a lot of fans who are underage me and my friends at school theres like a whole group of us so it needs to be PG13
I think the workers behind the scenes should be aware of how young our audiences are and that they should not allow intamacy at all or make the movie R. We don’t need to see acting of sex. It’s enough to read about it. I really wish that young teens and kids weren’t reading or watching these movies. Some might think it’s worth doing whatever sacrifices, to be with someone you don’t know much about or claim to love. Young kids don’t know true love, to earn and make a living. The book shows the Cullen family is wealthy and Neither Bella or Edward work. It’s not that easy. People look up to Kristen Stewart and I think it would be awful if she just did the wrong thing.
I defenitly think it should be R just because we have to stay true to how amazingly sexy the fourth book is and it would be wrong to hold back sexy parts just to make it pg-13. come on, everyone wants to see bella and edward get it on! ahah
Sometimes it’s best to leave the mind to just read and imagine, than to uncomforably see the acting of of it.
No one cares that your kid is just 12 years old!!!!!!!!!This movie and all other’s saga’s is not for such a brat’s! You Idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It look’s like every movie have to be available to watch for your kids;@@ Kids should watch cartoons not a movies like that you dumbass!!!!!!!!!! You have to know witch movies are for kids witch for adults! STUPIDO!!!
You stupid brat! Do you realize that all kids 12-14 still want to see this movie? Why should they be denied that privaledge so you can see something you will never get you brat! Go fall in a hole B***h
whatever the film maybe, fans will still be enjoying it! thats proven..
Stop it guys!
come on, Stephenie Meyer didn’t put actual sex scenes in the book! And rightfully so too. It’s inappropriate. Would you like to go over to your neighbor’s house and watch them doing it through their window? Then why watch it in a movie or read it in a book. The movie can be just as good and even better if they followed it like the book, which is leading up to them kissing or whatever and then skipping to the next scene by completely skipping any sex. Yes, it’s implied, obviously they do it. But think of this, if they put in the sex in the movie (which wasn’t in the book) then other good stuff from the book will not be in the movie due to the time allotment. So get over your hormones and be clean for once.
definitely R.
lol they didnt put much in the movie anyway..
