Looks like Lady GaGa's doing okay for herself these days.
The "Alejandro" chanteuse has begun renting a $5 million mansion in Los Angeles' ritzy Bel Air neighborhood for when she finds herself landing in the City of Angels, and, judging from the looks of the place, she should have all the room she needs to store her seemingly endless wardrobe of freakishly fashionable get-ups.
Oh, and the reported rent for her new digs? A mere $25,000 a month.
Housing crisis? What housing crisis?
One more note—lest any of her stalking-inclined Little Monsters get any ideas, the new Chez GaGa is, indeed, gated. Though we're not sure if that's for her protection, or the general public's.

maybe she isn't planning on having it long term, maybe she only wants to rent it for a few months. She loves New York.. It's her money, nobody's business what she does with it..
She's renting because 5 million dollars is still a lot of money for the rich and famous. Gaga may be extraordinarily famous, but she also invests the money she makes into more things to augment her performances, art, and fame. What if she decides she doesn't need or want that mansion anymore? Dude, do the math. She is paying 3 million a year to live there.
Why would you rent a home if you have that kind of money!! She should be at least purchasing the home that way she isn't throwing her money away!! I'm glad she found a place. I'm going to her LA Concert at Staples Center on August 11. She has given me a lot of pleasure at her songs. I think she's great. She is a better singer than Xtina although her voice is not as goo.
