Lindsay Lohan's Teary First Day in Jail
Lindsay Lohan is understandably not adjusting to the incarcerated life all that easily.
The Just My Luck actress' on-again, off-again lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, dropped in on her client—who began a 90-day jail sentence at Los Angeles' Century Regional Detention Facility on Tuesday—to see how she was holding up during her first day behind bars. Holley tells People that her face-to-face with Lohan got a little weepy:
"Understandably, Lindsay's having a difficult time adjusting as it would be for anyone...She's trying to make the necessary adjustments to an extremely stressful and difficult situation. There were some tears."
Lohan's malaise may have something to do with the fact that just a few jail bars away sits an established enemy of hers.
On the bright side, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesperson, Lohan will only serve a fraction of her sentence, and "is scheduled to be released on either August 1 or 2 for overcrowding issues and good behavior."
In the meantime, let us know in the comments section: Do you think Lindsay will be able to hold it together behind bars?

Call me crazy but I think going to jail for what she did is a little harsh. Yes, she has problems but I don't think jail is the answer for it! Rehab would be better but she has to want to change and get better for that to help too!! Seriously, these celebs think they are so above the law, but if you or I did half the crap they do, we would have been in jail long ago! A criminal is a criminal, even if they are or in this case were beautiful, sexy, rich, famous, or whatever!!! I used to like Lohan, and she is or was really talented! I feel really sorry for her, just like Brittany Spears, they are sad stories. But the issue is that they broke the law over and over, and have no respect for the judicial system, they try to make a mockery of it. If you did that, you'd be in jail. I wonder if you would get out in 9 days. She needs a wake up call and hopefully jail is just that, although it may have been better if she had a longer stay. Hopefully rehab will do her some good this time. We'll see I guess!

All she deserves is some love. :)
keep her in jail, that way she does'nt get hurt or hurt anyone. she is a spoiled brat
Rehab would help her if she actually wanted to be helped. She's been in rehab what, four times now? She thinks she's above the law and a special snowflake, and she doesn't see any need to stop. Jail is the best place for her. It's what she deserves.
