‘Biggest Loser’s’ Jillian Michaels Sued for Selling “Lethal” Diet Supplement

Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels was just hit with a $10 million lawsuit by a woman who claims the reality tv star’s detox supplement “might kill you.”

The suit, first reported by TMZ, claims the product, “Triple Process Total Body Detox & Cleanse,” contains a “potentially lethal combination of toxic ingredients” like chinese rhubarb, which reportedly can cause severe dehydration and irreversible liver damage and irish moss powder that is “so toxic that it is the gel commonly applied to aircraft wings to dissolve ice.”

The lawsuit was filed by a woman known only by her initials, R.D. The plaintiff claims she is in “very real fear of retaliation OR harassment by Defendants” and therefore must remain anonymous. The suit claims Jillian and Thin Care International “actively and fraudulently” deceived buyers into buying their product knowing full well its dangers.

This is the third product of Jillian’s that has landed her in court. No comment yet from Jillian or her rep.

If R.D.’s claims are true, do you think Jillian deserves to pay out $10 million? Let us know in the comments section.
