Taylor Momsen & Ke$ha's Dark Roots: Yay or Nay?
Blonde celebs like Ke$ha and Taylor Momsen were both recently spotted rocking some seriously dark roots. Is this a hot new trend or are some stars just forgetting to visit the salon for a touch-up?
The 17-year-old Taylor has already established herself as an emerging fashion plate by becoming the face of pop icon (and dark root lover) Madonna's new clothing line, Material Girl. Meanwhile, 23-year-old Ke$ha is well known for her eccentric sense of style–just check out those bright blue lips.
Since these two gals are known for their fashion-forward style could we be seeing more dark roots on the head of not-so-natural blonde celebs in the months to come?

I think that dark roots on natural or bleach blonds make their hair look dirty, unwashed and unkeept. But continuously coloring is aviously not good for your it and needs a break every now and again. That is why I like high lights so much. A dark blond or carmel color weaved in with a lighter blond. or you can also weave the hair color of your natural hair, or root color as it grows out. It easily blendeds in with a shade lighter than your natural color. There for you do not have to retouch up your hair and let it go for a few months. You can use the lighter or darker color as your "canvess" it is up to you.

I crack up every time I see one these little blonde girls trying to be edgy. Usually being edgy is something that comes naturally, not something you force yourself to create to stand out. Well, thats been my experience. I dont buy the edgy tough girl look from either of these girls. They just end up looking old and tired.
